Chuck Daigle

Chief Executive Officer, Ochsner Baton Rouge, Ochsner CHRISTUS Health Centers

Chuck Daigle serves as Chief Executive Officer of Ochsner Baton Rouge, as well as Ochsner CHRISTUS Health Centers in Lake Charles. As CEO, Chuck is responsible for overseeing the healthcare delivery system in the Baton Rouge region and coordinating activities with CHRISTUS in Lake Charles. 

Before serving in Baton Rouge, Chuck served as CEO of Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport. He brings more than two decades of experience in healthcare management and health insurance, including roles as executive vice president and chief operating officer at Willis Knighton Health System in Shreveport and as vice president of management and professional services at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. He served as a member of the executive committee and board chairman for the Louisiana Hospital Association and as a board member for Vizient/VHA Gulf States, among several others. 

Chuck earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees of business administration from LSU. He and his wife, Brandi, have two sons and live in Baton Rouge.
