
Jennifer F. Bollinger
Senior Vice President of Consumer Strategy, Ochsner Health
As the Senior Vice President of Consumer Strategy for Ochsner Health, Jennifer Bollinger focuses on understanding the needs and wants of our patients. She consistently works to support core teams across the organization to develop new capabilities and garner actionable insights that enhance access, billing transparency, care navigation, service excellence and to build new digital connectivity.
After joining the organization in 2012, Bollinger served as the Vice President of Corporate Communications & Public Relations until 2018. In that role, she oversaw the teams responsible for the system’s comprehensive internal and external messaging. Under her leadership, the corporate communications team concepted and launched key initiatives including Power of ONE, Ochsner’s Core Values and the 75th Anniversary Celebration. Additionally, her team procured significant media coverage across the region for Ochsner’s Center of Excellence Service lines, managed crises and supported Ochsner’s tremendous growth by optimizing partnerships across the state.
Prior to joining Ochsner, Bollinger led strategy at several marketing and communications agencies for more than 20 years including Zehnder Communications, Keating Magee Advertising, Berger & Reed Advertising and Fitzgerald Advertising. She owned her own company, The Netcom Group, from 2002-2010 where she drove interactive strategy and technical solutions for clients like Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Community Coffee, Women’s Hospital, Tulane University Medical Center, Louisiana Office of Economic Development and others. She has been named to the Power Generation and as a Woman of the Year by CityBusiness Magazine and selected as one of Gambit Magazine’s 40 Under 40 in New Orleans.
