Dr. Saudamini Lele joins Ochsner LSU Health as pediatric ENT

SHREVEPORT, La. – Ochsner LSU Health proudly welcomes Saudamini Lele, MD, a fellowship-trained pediatric ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialist, to St. Mary Medical Center. Dr. Lele brings extensive experience and a deep commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care for children across the region. 

 

Dr. Lele earned her medical degree from B.J. Medical College in Pune, India, and completed her residency in Otorhinolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery at the prestigious Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) in Chandigarh, India, where she was awarded a Master of Surgery (M.S.). 

Following her move to the United States, Dr. Lele completed an additional otolaryngology residency at LSU Health Shreveport. She went on to pursue advanced fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. 

Dr. Lele now sees patients at Ochsner LSU Health – St. Mary Medical Center, a hub for comprehensive pediatric care. She evaluates and treats the full spectrum of ENT conditions affecting the airway, voice, hearing, speech, and sinuses. Her clinical interests include pediatric airway and sinus disorders, sleep apnea as well as both adult and pediatric ear diseases.
