Four Ochsner Hospitals, a Physician Group and Two Partners Receive 2022 Press Ganey Human Experience Guardian of Excellence Award®

NEW ORLEANS, La. – Ochsner Health is pleased to announce four hospitals, a physician group and two of its partners have been named 2022 Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Award® winners by Press Ganey, the global leader in healthcare experience solutions and services. This award is part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in patient experience.
Ochsner Health hospitals, physician group and partners honored:
- Acadiana Imaging Services in Lafayette and Broussard won the Guardian of Excellence Award® for Patient Experience in Outpatient Services.
- Ochsner Abrom Kaplan Memorial Hospital in Kaplan won the Guardian of Excellence Award® for Patient Experience in Outpatient Services.
- Ochsner LSU Health Shreveport - St. Mary Medical Center won the Guardian of Excellence Award® for Patient Experience in Medical Practice.
- Ochsner St. Anne Hospital in Raceland won the Guardian of Excellence Award® for Patient Experience in Medical Practice.
- Lafayette General Medical Doctors Group (LGMD) won the Guardian of Excellence Award® for Patient Experience in Medical Practice.
- Oil Center Surgical Plaza in Lafayette won the Guardian of Excellence Award® for Patient Experience in OAS CAHPS.
- St. Charles Parish Hospital in Luling won the Guardian of Excellence Award® for Patient Experience in Medical Practice & Outpatient Services.
As winners of the Press Ganey HX Guardian of Excellence Award®, these recipients are in the top 5% of healthcare providers in delivering patient experience based on one year of data.
