BATON ROUGE, La. – As part of its continued investment in expanding access to specialty care in the Baton Rouge community, Ochsner Baton Rouge welcomes several new physicians and advanced practice providers to Ochsner Medical Complex – The Grove.
John DeWaard, DO, is a board-certified sports medicine physician specializing in the nonsurgical management of injuries, ultrasound-guided procedures and orthobiologic treatments. Dr. DeWaard earned a medical degree from A.T. Still University. After a residency in family medicine at the Lincoln Family Medicine Residency Program, he completed a primary care sports medicine fellowship at Henry Ford Health, where he cared for athletes at high school, college and professional levels. He is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and the American Osteopathic Academy of Sports Medicine.
Patrick Page, MD, practices interventional pain medicine. He is board certified in both anesthesiology and interventional pain medicine. Dr. Page specializes in the diagnosis and management of chronic pain conditions and uses comprehensive treatment to improve patient outcomes and quality of life. He earned a medical degree from The Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic University, completed a residency in anesthesiology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and a fellowship in pain management at the Cleveland Clinic. His expertise includes fluoroscopy- and ultrasound-guided injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, kyphoplasty and spinal cord stimulation, as well as the medical management of complex pain conditions.
Tiffany Robertson, NP, specializes in the care of patients with liver disease, including conditions such as viral hepatitis, cirrhosis, fatty liver disease, and autoimmune and genetic liver conditions. Robertson’s experience includes patient education on the evaluation and management of liver disease, including preparation for endoscopic procedures in patients with chronic liver disease and portal hypertension. She also advises patients on dietary and lifestyle modifications that support long-term liver health. Robertson earned a master's degree in nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Zachary Rohr, DPM, practices podiatry, specializing in podiatric medicine and surgery for patients with foot and ankle conditions. Dr. Rohr earned a medical degree from the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. He completed a residency in podiatric surgery at DeKalb Medical Center and Emory Decatur Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia. He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is also a faculty member at the Podiatry Institute in Georgia.
Lauren Strawbridge, NP, practices pediatric neurology and is dedicated to health promotion, education and supporting families in the management of children with complex neurological concerns. She works collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure each child receives personalized, high-quality care. Strawbridge earned a master’s degree in nursing from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
