Ochsner Novant Health 65 Plus hosts Fall Fest
Celebrate health and community at a Fall Fest hosted by Ochsner Novant Health 65 Plus
Ridgeland, S.C. – Ochsner Novant Health 65 Plus will host a community fall fest and invites the local senior community to attend. This event will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 22, from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Lakeside at Blue Heron, 153 James L. Taylor Drive, Ridgeland, SC 29936.
Join us for this special event to celebrate health and community with live music, entertainment, and a variety of local food trucks. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about their health, Medicare's annual enrollment period, as well as meet the dedicated physicians and care team of Ochsner Novant Health 65 Plus.
Ochsner Novant Health 65 Plus is a comprehensive program designed to meet the unique health needs of people 65 and older, offering customized healthcare, social support and wellness resources to care for the whole person. Clinic offerings extend beyond traditional medical services to include social and wellness opportunities matched to patients’ interests and lifestyles, such as group fitness classes, enlightening cooking demonstrations, health coaching, therapeutic card games, crafting sessions and more.
