This month, Ochsner announced plans to spend $100 million opening 15 community health centers in underserved areas, including six in New Orleans and two each in Baton Rouge and Lafayette.

In 2019, the system completed 3,000 ambulatory telehealth visits. That figure has jumped to over 300,000 in 2020 so far.
