Glenn E. Dailey

Chief Executive Officer, Ochsner University Hospital & Clinics

Glenn E. Dailey, MBA RT (R)(N) is the Chief Executive Officer of Ochsner University Hospital & Clinics in Lafayette, Louisiana, a position he’s held since July 2023.

Prior to this role, Glenn was CEO of Ochsner St. Martin Hospital in Breaux Bridge, La., which is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital and multiple clinics serving a population of 75,000 residents. While CEO, Glenn oversaw the expansion of Ochsner St. Martin Hospital, which doubled the size of the facility and brought new service lines. While there, Ochsner St. Martin Hospital was voted #7 best places to work in the country by Modern Health Care Magazine. 

Before joining Ochsner St. Martin Hospital, he was the Associate Administrator of Ochsner Acadia General Hospital (AGH) and has been with the health system for nearly 30 years. Glenn earned a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology, and a Certification in Nuclear Medicine. He has also completed the Leadership Excel program and is a member of American College of Healthcare Executives. He has served on the Acadia Parish Chamber of Commerce, the Louisiana State University at Eunice Advisory Council and the Notre Dame High School Advisory Council.

Glenn has been married to Christy for 27 years, and they have three children, Grant (23), Sydnie (18) and Ryan(15).
