Larkin Kennedy

Chief Executive Officer, Ochsner Rush Health

Larkin Kennedy serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Ochsner Rush Health, the region's largest not-for-profit health system and its largest private employer. Larkin was named CEO in 2018 after serving in numerous senior leadership positions within the organization since 2010. He was instrumental in many of Ochsner Rush Health's recent milestones including initiating our partnership with Ochsner Health, opening John C. Stennis Memorial Hospital and Choctaw General Hospital. Prior to being named CEO, Larkin served as Vice President of Physician and Clinic Operations, Administrator of Rush Foundation Hospital, as well as Executive Vice President of the Hospital Division.

Larkin earned his undergraduate degree in business administration from Mississippi State University and his graduate degrees in health administration and business administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He and his wife, Jenny Ruth, have three daughters and reside in Meridian, MS.
