20 Ochsner Health Nurses Honored Among Louisiana’s Best

NEW ORLEANS, La. – Twenty registered nurses with Ochsner Health and its affiliated hospitals were named to the 2022 “Great Nurses of Louisiana” list compiled annually by The Great 100 Nurses Foundation.

Since its founding 36 years ago, The Great 100 Nurses Foundation has honored thousands of nurses across Louisiana, North Carolina, Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. Nurses were selected for the 2022 list based on their concern for humanity, contributions to the profession of nursing, and their mentoring of others.

“Our nurses at Ochsner Health live out our mission daily, putting patients first and providing compassionate, high-quality care. It is an honor to receive this well-deserved recognition. We are proud of each one of our honorees,” said Tracey Moffatt, system chief nursing officer & vice president of quality, Ochsner Health.
