Ochsner Health Ranked Best in the New Orleans Area in the 2022 City Business Reader Rankings

NEW ORLEANS, La. – Ochsner Health physicians, facilities and partners ranked among the region’s best in the sixth annual Reader Rankings conducted by New Orleans City Business magazine. Readers participated in a survey by voting for the best companies and services in the New Orleans area across numerous categories based on their personal experiences.

According to City Business, the 2022 Reader Rankings were calculated from 7,336 survey participants throughout New Orleans.

Ochsner Health ranked in the following categories:

  • Best Acute Care Hospital, Top Winner - Ochsner Medical Center
  • Best Cardiologist, Top Winner - Carl “Chip” Lavie, MD
  • Best Obstetrician & Gynecologist, Top Winner - Angela Marie Parise, MD
  • Best Obstetrician & Gynecologist, Winner – Katherine (Katie) Swing, MD
  • Best Health & Fitness Center, Top Winner – Ochsner Fitness Center

Ochsner Health partners ranked in the following categories:

  • Best Diagnostic Imaging Center, Winner – Slidell Memorial Hospital Imaging Center
  • Best Diagnostic Imaging Center, Winner – St. Tammany Health System Outpatient Pavilion
  • Best Emergency Room, Winner – St. Tammany Health System
